This is the public corrections log for Ohio High-Pressure Boiler Operator Exam Prep. If a printed answer, explanation, figure, or fact in this book turns out to be wrong, the correction goes up here, in the open — what was wrong, what it should say, and which printing it was found in and fixed in. We don't change things quietly, and we don't leave anybody studying from an error we already know about.

A correction only earns a place in the log below when it has been checked the same way the book was — against Ohio's adopted code editions and the source the answer cites. Never on anybody's say-so alone.
