Every confirmed correction goes here — in the open, book by book. We post a confirmed correction here the same day we confirm it, and we upload a corrected file to Amazon within 24 hours. Amazon prints on demand — there is no warehouse of old copies — so once Amazon approves the update, usually within a few days, every copy printed after that carries the fix. The log starts empty on purpose — it's built and waiting, so the first real entry has a home the day it shows up.
